Requirements
-
Experience in payroll and customer service with high-volume data entry. Service bureau experience helpful.

Execellent oral and written communication skills. Good grammar a must.

Analytical skills for problem resolution and multi-tasking.

Basic knowledge of federal, state and local payroll tax withholding laws.
-
Familiarity with federal and state garnishment laws; payroll deductions such as benefit premiums, retirement plan contributions, etc.

Proficient knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
-
Adaptable to shift priorities working under critical time constraints and deadlins, displaying multi-tasking skills.

Occasional overtime required.
